The Brownie bird

The Brownie Bird is a business set up during the pandemic. I have a regular job baking in a local coffeeshop. During the pandemic I was furloughed. Family and friends started contacting me. They asked if I would bake for them. I decided I had enough enquiries and time to set up a cottage industry. That's how the Brownie bird was created. You will see from my logo I have an image of myself in the wording. I always tie my unruly curls up with a bandana. This has created an image for The Brownie bird. I make gluten free and vegan brownies and traybakes. I thought this was an integral part of my business as It has become a very popular choice for many people. I have expanded my range to cakes and other traybakes. I am happy for people to contact me and discuss their requirements. I deliver locally In Lydney (GL15, and GL14). I put a small charge on the NP16 area. I bake in small batches to maintain a homemade taste and offer a bespoke service to my customers. All bakes come in a gift box.
